I bought my first car from Prestine Auto, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. I was looking for a Vauxhall Corsa, and when I found one at this dealership, I knew it was the right choice. The first impression of the place was excellent, well-organised, and filled with a number of high-end cars. It truly feels like a car heaven! Even though my Corsa wasn’t brand new and had a few minor issues, Ali, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to help me. He personally arranged for the car to be fixed at a garage for free, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he guided me through the entire process of applying for insurance and all the necessary documents. The level of customer service at Prestine Auto is outstanding. They made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car!
