Prestine Auto as the name suggest offer a faultless service. Ali was very accommodating, I was unable to travel to see the vehicle during the week and Ali made himself available early on the Saturday morning to make it possible . The service I received was fantastic, all complications usually linked with purchasing a vehicle were handled and any and all questions answered. Excellent customer service, Prestine auto went above and beyond to make the car buying experience as simple as possible. I flagged up a couple of issues on the test drive which were promptly dealt with. On the day I purchased the car my phone had broke so I couldn’t authorise my payment for car tax, Prestine auto found an alternative means of payment which wasn’t their responsibility but was a massive help to me personally. The car itself was immaculately presented, three months warranty provided which gives extra piece of mind, I would highly recommend this seller.
