Recently purchased a 2011 Mercedes C220. Ali took me on a decent test drive, which didn’t feel rushed or pressured and he clearly likes talking about cars. The merc was in very good condition for its age, they had also had the wheels redone and the car polished which set it apart from some of the others I had viewed… whilst looking for a new car I was quite surprised at how many dealers don’t bother to do this! Car came with 12 months MOT but after purchase I still took the car to the Mercedes dealership to have the rear subframe inspected (recommended for these cars) as well as a general vehicle health check. Pleased to say that everything came back as good with no issues at all highlighted, which is quite impressive really considering that this was at a main dealer who can be quite picky. I can’t really ask for any more than this!

Ali was really helpful and accommodating when we first came to see the car. showed us around the vehicle and any issues it had and offered to sort them out free of charge prior to handover. They did a full MOT and service as well as detailed the car till it was spotless and felt a lot newer than it was interiorly. Sam handled payment and handover and again as Ali was, was very welcoming, offered us drinks and snacks, and stayed for a bit to chat. Overall I cannot recommend these guys more and will definitely be sending their details over to family and friends when they're looking for a new vehicle.
