Over the moon with the service I received - The team were super friendly and left me feeling satisfied after each phone call. Our sales person was super professional and managed to go above and beyond. My messages and calls were always replied back in a very profisessional and polite manner and acted quickly. Due to the current situation I couldn’t pick the vehicle up , Prestine team handled it they offered to get it delivered to me within 48hours. I was left feeling anxious after previous experience with this type of service however I was completely over the moon with I was treated and the quick turn around time. The vehicle was delivered as promised and in a very good condition as seen on website. I can say with Prestine is what you see is what you buy but I was over the moon in was in a very Prestine condition. Couldn’t be anymore grateful with the service I received and have I ended up with my dream car , I will recommend Prestine Auto to all my chain to friends and family.

The clue is in the name really, both the state of the car and the service were both prestine. Thorough checks were run on the car with a checklist provided of the checks made. 3 month waranty was provided on the car with a lot covered under it, also the car I bought was in very good condition and drove beautifully back to Brighton. Overall a really good buying experience, highly recommend.

Great service from Ali at Prestine. Went to look at an Audi A3, test drove it and put the deposit down there and then. He got the car MOT'd, and even replaced rear brake pads and disks even though just on advisory. Picked up and drove away not 48 hours later, can't beat that for service!
